Biography

Mateo Moore is a lifelong entrepreneur and visionary business strategist with more
than two decades of experience in digital marketing, web development, and entrepreneurship. For
over a decade he founded and scaled a full-service digital agency, delivering custom web
development, SEO, paid media, and high-conversion marketing campaigns to clients ranging
from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has also built and led multiple
companies, including a transaction coordination firm and a software startup that creates tools for
real estate investors.

In the last five years, Mateo has specialized in creative real estate investing and business acquisitions. Drawing on his 10+ years running an agency and advising hundreds of owners on
growth, systems, and exits, he mentors investors and entrepreneurs on creative financing, real estate deals, and buying profitable businesses. A former adjunct professor of web design and development, he has a gift for turning complex topics into simple, actionable steps.

Today he actively pursues and structures creative real estate deals (single-family, multi-family, mobile home and RV parks, self-storage, and land) and profitable business acquisitions, while coaching and consulting others to do the same and writing practical, no-nonsense books on
buying businesses, building a powerful personal brand, and affiliate marketing for beginners.
